The Aridonis Bootleg Collection, or ABC, is made up of hand printed designs on locally sourced, reclaimed, and up-cycled garments, all of which are totally one-of-a-kind.
You may ask, “Why?” I do this for three reasons:
- To minimize the environmental impact my merchandise has on the world. It takes gallons of clean water to create a brand new T-Shirt, and burns plenty of carbon getting it from a factory, to a printer, to me, and to the final owner, and even after it’s donated to a charity or for-profit thrift store, unsold items often end up in a landfill somewhere. Not cool.
- To contribute as little as possible to the demand for the horrific sweatshop conditions that allow for us to buy and consume clothing in the way gross capitalist way that we do.
- To make cool, unique stuff for the people that like my music, because they are cool, unique people, that deserve more than just a factory-made black T-Shirt, that’s identical in every way to the one next to it.
This is a blue tee, that originally came from a popular Montreal-based banking institution. This is the first one I made, so it’s pretty rough, gonna sell it for less than the others. Measures 27″ from the bottom of the waist, to the back of neck hole, and 21″ wide from seam to seam. Measurements are here because sizing between all these different garments is super duper inconsistent. (especially between “Male” and “Female” sized stuff) This one is supposed to be a Femme XXL.
Even if I do this design again, it’s gonna look different than this one, because it’ll be on a different garment, and I do these by hand, so if you like it, grab it!
